SKIKK Midgard 16 RTX 5070

24 cores and an RTX 5070 in an aluminium chassis

The Midgard 16 runs on an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX with 24 cores and a boost of up to 5.4GHz. What that means for you: Teams, your ERP software, a virtual machine and Chrome with thirty tabs all run side by side without a single stutter. On top of that, it packs an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 8GB GDDR7 with 4608 CUDA cores and a total TGP of 115W. This is a workstation laptop with serious processing power, in an aluminium chassis just 21.5 mm thin.

A business laptop with RTX that handles your entire workday

If you need a work laptop for demanding tasks, the Midgard 16 has you covered. Giving a client presentation on an external display while an export runs in the background? No problem. With HDMI 2.1, Mini DisplayPort 2.1a, USB-C with DisplayPort and a SKIKK USB-C docking station, you can drive up to 4 displays. At the office, simply plug into the 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port, and on the go you have Wi-Fi 6E with Bluetooth 5.4.

• Security: TPM 2.0 via Intel PTT, Windows Hello via the IR webcam and a Kensington Lock slot
• Connectivity: 1x Thunderbolt, 1x USB-C 10Gb/s, 3x USB-A 10Gb/s and an SD card reader
• Meetings: Full HD webcam and an array microphone for crystal-clear video calls
• Typing: a comfortable chiclet keyboard with numeric keypad, ideal for Excel and accounting, plus a Microsoft Precision glass touchpad

Working with sensitive data? Choose Windows 11 Pro and Office 365 Business Standard when ordering, and it's ready to go straight out of the box.

A laptop for CAD, 3D and video editing

The 16-inch matte Quad HD+ display (2560x1600) covers 100% DCI-P3 and reaches 500 nits. That means accurate colours for photo editing and color grading, and the screen stays easy to read even under bright office lighting. The RTX 5070 accelerates renders in Blender, viewport work in SolidWorks or AutoCAD and exports in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. That 4K video for your client gets exported during your lunch break, not after hours. Local AI models and LLMs also run smoothly thanks to the CUDA cores and fast GDDR7 memory.

Upgrade now or later

It comes standard with 16GB DDR5 5600MHz and a 1TB SSD, but that's just the starting point. The laptop has two SO-DIMM slots for up to 128GB of memory and two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots. So you can configure it right away with 64GB RAM and a Samsung 9100 PRO up to 8TB, or expand it yourself later. Even the 99Wh battery is replaceable. With other brands, you often have to choose between a thin laptop and an upgradeable one. Here you get both, which means it will last you for years.

And after hours, it's great for gaming too

The 300Hz display and the RTX 5070 with ray tracing and Dynamic Boost also make the Midgard 16 a powerful gaming laptop. The per-key RGB keyboard features N-key rollover and anti-ghosting, while Nahimic audio delivers rich, full sound.

Who is the Midgard 16 RTX 5070 for?

This is a fantastic laptop for engineers, designers, video editors and developers looking to buy a workstation laptop they can take anywhere. It's also a smart choice for freelancers and SME teams running demanding software: you choose the components yourself, the laptop is built to order, and you get a 2-year warranty with service from Kampen, the Netherlands.
