SKIKK Returns

Yes, SKIKK complies with the Distance Selling Act. We have a free return policy, which means that you can return the product to us at no cost. You can then choose another product from us or have your account credited.

You can always return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, without giving any reason.


The product you return must be in new condition. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.

The following products are not covered by the return policy:

  •     computer software
  •     Items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as in-ear headphones / headsets
  •     Redeemed vouchers and vouchers

After receiving the product, we check it for damage. If the product is undamaged, you will receive your money back within approximately 10 working days. If damage is unexpectedly found or if it concerns a custom order, we will contact you about the reduction in value and/or refusal of the return. So always make sure that you pack the product well before shipping.

To exercise your right of return, please follow the steps below:

Step 3. Click on "Return product" next to the product you want to return

Upon receipt of this, we will send you a system email with our return options, upon receipt of the product and check for completeness (no missing adapter for example) we will notify you and send you a new system email in which we ask you to provide information to be able to refund the purchase amount (or the difference if you return a partial order).

The refund of the purchase amount will be made within 10 working days after receipt of your product.
