Follow these steps to sign up for a SKIKK Premium or Premium Plus subscription:

1. Log in to your SKIKK account : Go to our website and log in with your SKIKK account details.

2. Go to your My SKIKK : Click on the "My SKIKK" button to go to your personal dashboard.

3. Click on "My products" : Here you will find an overview of all the products you have purchased from us.

4. Click "SKIKK Premium" next to the product for which you want to request it : Select the desired subscription for the product in question.

Please note: SKIKK Premium can only be requested up to 14 days after receipt of the product or the moment SKIKK invited you for SKIKK Premium.

Conditions

  1. Application period : SKIKK Premium can only be applied for up to 14 days after receipt of the product or from the moment SKIKK invited you for SKIKK Premium.

  2. Payment : If a direct debit or payment fails, the subscription will end and cannot be restarted or reactivated.

  3. Applicable Terms : Our general terms and conditions, repair conditions and privacy conditions apply.

  4. Subscriptions : You have the choice of choosing a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription, which is always tacitly extended for the same period.

  5. Cancellation : Cancellation can be done at any time before the new collection period. If you cancel after this time, no refund will be given and the subscription will end after the current period.

  6. Validity per product : The subscription is valid for one product based on the serial number. If you have multiple products, you must purchase a separate subscription for each product.

  7. Maintenance with Premium Plus : The maintenance may take place a maximum of once every 12 months and only after at least 12 months have passed since the start of the subscription.

  8. Free loan laptop: To use the free loan laptop service, your SKIKK Premium Plus subscription must be active for at least 12 months. The loan laptop will only be provided if the repair of your laptop takes longer than a week and the customer requests this. This service allows you to use a replacement laptop for up to two weeks at no additional cost. This ensures that your work and daily activities are disrupted as little as possible during the repair period. It is important to know that the loan laptop must be returned in a timely manner after the repair of your own laptop to avoid additional costs.

  9. SKIKK Limited Warranty With the SKIKK limited warranty you are assured of basic protection during the term of your subscription.
