24 cores for a full workday
The Midgard 16 runs on an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX with 24 cores and a boost clock of up to 5.4GHz. What does that mean for you? Teams, your ERP software, a stack of Excel sheets and a virtual machine all run side by side, without you having to close anything. Large exports, compiling code or crunching a heavy dataset are noticeably faster than on a regular office laptop.
It comes standard with 16GB DDR5 5600MHz. Running multiple VMs or working on large projects? Configure it with 32GB, 48GB or 64GB when you order, and thanks to the two SO-DIMM slots you can upgrade all the way to 128GB. That's what we call future-proof.
A business laptop with RTX
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 with 8GB GDDR7, 3328 CUDA cores and up to 115W total TGP is much more than a gaming card. It delivers serious computing power for CAD and 3D modeling, rendering in Blender and video editing in Premiere or DaVinci Resolve on the go. AI workloads and local LLMs also run smoothly on the CUDA cores. That 4K video for your client? Export it during your lunch break, not after hours.
Working with multiple screens? The Midgard 16 drives up to 4 displays via HDMI 2.1, Mini DisplayPort, USB-C with DisplayPort and the SKIKK USB-C docking station. Use it as a workstation laptop on your desk and you've got a complete workspace set up in no time.
Sharp 16 inch display for long days
The 16 inch matte QHD+ display (2560x1600) has a 16:10 aspect ratio, so you see more rows in your spreadsheet and more timeline in your editor. With 500 nits, the image stays bright even under harsh office lighting, while the matte coating keeps reflections at bay. You get 100% sRGB and 79% DCI-P3 for photo editing and design work, plus a 1200:1 contrast ratio. The 180Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and working in 3D viewports wonderfully smooth.
Secure and fast connectivity
- TPM 2.0 via Intel PTT and Windows Hello facial recognition via the IR+FHD webcam
- Kensington Lock slot for the office or shared desks
- 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet for fast file transfers on the company network
- Wi-Fi 6E with Bluetooth 5.4, optional Wi-Fi 7
- 3x USB 3.2 Gen2, USB-C, SD card reader and an array microphone for crystal-clear calls
- Windows 11 Home as standard, or choose Windows 11 Pro when you order
Built to last
The chassis is made of aluminum: lid, top and bottom. The 99Wh battery is replaceable, and you can charge with the 250W adapter or via USB-C at 140W+. There are two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, so alongside the standard 1TB SSD you can easily add a second SSD, up to 8TB per slot with the Samsung 9100 PRO. Where other brands often lock you into a fixed configuration, at SKIKK you build exactly what you need. You get a 2-year warranty with service from Kampen, the Netherlands.
Great for gaming too
After hours, the RTX 5060 with ray tracing and DLSS runs the latest games smoothly on the 180Hz display. The keyboard features per-key RGB, N-key rollover and anti-ghosting, plus a numeric keypad that comes in handy for entering figures during the day.
Who is the Midgard 16 for?
This is a genuinely great laptop for engineers, designers, video editors and developers looking to buy a workstation laptop that doubles as a desktop replacement. Are you a freelancer in 3D, CAD or content creation who wants one machine for the office, at home and on-site with clients? Then the Midgard 16 RTX 5060 is the right choice.

General reviews of our shop, not specifically about this product.

Mooie laptop, correct geleverd. Via Thunderbolt 2 extra schermen aansluiten gaat prima onder Linux. Vorige skikk laptop uit 2021 doet het nog steeds uitstekend.
Catalin
Navigating the site is relatively easy; the only thing I didn't quite get along with was communicating with the AIMY AI.
There are enough options to configure things exactly as I wanted, and at competitive prices.

I love the possibility to customize the laptop and tweak it to my needs. Especially the dual boot option is golden (e.g. Linux and Windows) !

Max
Excellent shop! After days of searching online and trying to chose or configure the laptop I wanted with all the "big sellers" I was nearly desperate. Skikk is just awesome. I found a perfect base configuration and added just the features I needed as extras (RAM, OS). The result is laptop I'm almost in love with and for a very very good price. Assembly and delivery was super fast which is great as well. Thank you guys!
Hugh McEnery
My laptop arrived faster than I expected, was exactly as advertised. Incredible service, customization and excellent customer service. Definitely purchase from SKIKK. I know when I am looking for another computer/laptop whatever I will be buying from SKIKK again. 10/10

All is ok
Mikael Andersson
Great service and fast support on my questions for the order. Just one little surprised that it didn't come with a charging adapter. But I have some so it wasn't a problem. This could perhaps be made a little clearer when ordering laptops
Kobus Erasmus
I needed a laptop quickly to carry with urgent work after my current laptop was damaged during a flight. The service and feedback from SKIKK was excellent and they delivered on their commitments.

I got Alfheim 16 RTX 4070, prive vs. performance seems good so far. I needed something quick and reasable price with installments and they provided. I just didn't like keyboard but I am going to connect the external keyboard and mouse, therefore it should be ok.
