What does the job involve? As an Internal Service Success Manager at SKIKK.eu, you are responsible for various tasks, such as managing the RMA and Assembly departments, quality assurance, customer contact (pre and after sales), making proposals, following up on reciprocal telephone actions and thinking along with all possible tasks. It is a versatile position in which you deal with customer care, sales, account management and much more fun work combined in one role!
What do we expect from you? To be successful in this position, we expect you to meet certain conditions. For example, IT knowledge is important, because our customers ask questions every day about hardware and technical aspects of laptops. In addition, having a feel for IT/hardware is an advantage, so that you can help customers with technical issues and handle RMA requests. Commercial insight is also of great importance, because with us you have to think in terms of solutions and be able to offer customers alternatives. Finally, being able to work well together is essential, because you work closely with colleagues from different departments and must be socially oriented.
What do we offer you? As an Internal Service Success Manager at SKIKK.eu you will join a dynamic and growing organization. We offer full-time or part-time employment with an attractive salary between €1,800.00 and €3,500.00 per month, depending on experience. In addition, there are various secondary employment conditions, such as company parties, pension scheme, employee discount and travel allowance. There is also the option to work partly (hybrid) from home and we use a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday.
