SKIKK Returns & Exchanges
SKIKK complies with the Distance Selling Act. You can then choose another product from us or have your account credited.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. Or purchase an insured shipping label for € 15,- when registering your cancellation/return.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.
To make use of this right, you can contact us at support@skikk.eu or register the return yourself in your account. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Conditions
The product you return must be in new condition. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.
The following products do not fall under the return policy:
- computer software
- Items which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as in-ear headphones / headsets once the seal has been broken.
Register a return
To make use of your right of return, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Log in to your account via: https://www.skikk.eu/inloggen
Step 2. Click on "My Products"
Step 3. Next to the product you wish to return, click on "Return Product"
After registration, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.
