Additional dead pixel guarantee

Have you purchased your laptop with an additional additional dead pixel guarantee? Below you will find the guidelines in accordance with ISO standards to which we confirm ourselves.

ISO-13406-2

This ISO standard specifies how many dead (sub) pixels a screen can contain. This standardization is only a guideline and not an obligation. Many manufacturers voluntarily adhere to this ISO standard which is divided into 4 classes. We use class 1 as standard (applies to the 24-hour dead pixel guarantee). If an extra pixel guarantee is purchased with the purchase, then class 2 applies for the period of the duration of the extra guarantee period. Dead pixel guarantee cannot be purchased after receiving your order.

What is a group of pixels?: *A group is a block of pixels together (within an area of 15 square millimeters).
