De SKIKK Octo is een minicomputer die speciaal is ontworpen voor alle soorten bedrijven. Met zijn krachtige prestaties, stille werking en ultracompacte formaat is hij perfect geschikt voor gebruik op een werkplek, verkoopbalie of vergaderzaal.
De Octo is ideaal voor zowel kleine als grote bedrijven, dankzij zijn indrukwekkende specificaties. Uitgerust met de nieuwste generatie Intel®-processoren variërend van i3 tot i7, ondersteunt hij tot 64 GB DDR4 RAM en ultrasnelle NVMe SSD-opslag tot 2 TB. De i5 en i7 versies zijn bovendien voorzien van een krachtige Intel® Iris™ Xe Graphics grafische chip.
Of u nu kantoortoepassingen, financieel beheer of multimedia gebruikt, de Octo levert altijd uitstekende prestaties.
Een van de grote voordelen van de Octo is zijn ruimtebesparende ontwerp met VESA-ondersteuning. Hij kan gemakkelijk achter een scherm of aan de muur worden gemonteerd met een VESA-compatibele standaard. Zelfs als uw scherm al een eigen standaard heeft, kunt u een VESA-standaardverlengstuk gebruiken om de Octo op afstand te monteren.
De Octo biedt connectiviteit vergelijkbaar met een desktop-pc, met 6 USB-poorten (inclusief 2 Thunderbolt™ 4 type-C) en 2 HDMI-poorten, waarmee u tot 4 beeldschermen tegelijk kunt aansluiten. The processor is the 'brain' of the computer and largely determines the speed of a laptop. The number in the processor name also indicates speed. For example Intel Core i3, i5 and i7. The higher the number, the faster the processor.
The memory is also called RAM and, in combination with the processor, determines how many tasks a laptop can handle at the same time. The more RAM a laptop has, the better the laptop is suitable for intensive tasks.
We indicate the total storage capacity of the SSD in Gigabytes (GB). On 1 GB, you can store about 10 minutes of film in Full HD resolution or 40 apps or 175 music tracks or 300 photos, for example.
What kind of video card does the computer have and is it suitable for gaming? For gaming, we recommend at least a GTX 1650. For virtual reality, we recommend at least an RTX 3060 video card.
Processors and video cards require thermal paste for optimal heat conduction and performance. If you want even better cooling and performance, choose Noctua NT-H2 Hybrid thermal paste.
Keyboards have a QWERTY / AZERTY or QWERTZ layout. This refers to the first 6 letters on your keyboard. In the Netherlands we use QWERTY, in Belgium AZERTY. Keyboard layout may differ from photos, we usually deliver ISO
As standard, we provide our hardware with a Windows Home trial version, studies there have shown that a large number of users still have licenses, want Linux, or can obtain them cheaply through arrangements. We do not provide support on Linux.
