To get started with ChatGPT Tasks , you’ll need a Plus, Team, or Pro subscription . The feature works on web, iOS, Android, and macOS. Support for Windows apps is coming later this quarter.
To enable Tasks, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open ChatGPT.
Go to your profile and select the option 'GPT-4o with scheduled tasks' from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Create a task:
This can be done in two ways:

From the menu:
Click on your profile icon, choose 'Tasks', and select a suggested task or create your own. -
Directly in the chat:
Type a request, such as: 'Remind me to charge my laptop at 7pm.' ChatGPT will automatically create a task card.
Step 3: Set up notifications:
Go to Settings > Notifications and choose between push notifications, emails, or both. Tip: Check your browser settings if you want to receive notifications on desktop.
Step 4: Manage your tasks:
View and organize your tasks via your profile icon > Tasks. Pause or delete tasks using the three-dot menu. You can have up to ten active tasks at a time.
