The moment I posted my 1-star review detailing communication issues, the company's reaction was immediate and highly effective. They contacted me within 1-2 hours to resolve the situation. They promptly processed the order, and the laptop was delivered to my door in just 5 days (including a weekend)! This fulfilment speed is truly excellent.
I recommend the company for their product quality and delivery speed, but prospective buyers should be aware that the initial communication phase may be a struggle. They must improve their initial support channels to prevent this kind of stress.

Snel en goed werkend systeem. De basis is een Clevo systeem dat ik al jaren heb gebruikt en voldoet aan mijn verwachtingen.
Het scherm van 16 inch is prima, evenals het toetsenbord. Het is even wennen omdat mijn vorige systeem een 17 inch was en het scherm iets groten was en het toetsenbord was breder (meer ruimte voor de knoppen en een grote SHIFT-toets).
